Negating reason is the vilest torture of suicide which has been warped for centuries and is maliciously called and venerated as sacrifice. Existence and reason are man's highest value. This is the not the endless pursuit of happiness, but the achievement of it. These values of life and of reason are not forced upon you, they are instead of your own free will and achievement. Men and women, happiness has always been there for he who decides to achieve it.
Why are the people starving?
Because the rulers eat up the money in taxes.
Therefore the people are starving.
Why are the people rebellious?
Because the rulers interfere too much.
Therefore they are rebellious.
Why do the people think so little of death?
Because the rulers demand too much of life.
Therefore the people take death lightly.
Having little to live on, one knows better than to value life too much.
